Recently saw an artist do illustrations with a toned paper. He would highlight the sillouettes with white chalk and really made his images pop. Thought I'd try it out here, and although I was happy with the look I realized some mistakes with subject matter. The mermaid is underwater,and I don't care how much product you put in your hair, it won't be that solid underwater, and she's already topless, why bother teasing that you'll pull your glove off? Despite those I like the look and am going to try this out a lot more in the future.
